I went to watch my first high school show choir contest today. Middlest is playing in the pit band, so I wanted to attend to support her efforts. Let me tell you, high school choir has come so far since the dark ages when I was in choir. We just called it choir then, and there was no dancing or pit band. There were no costume changes or big show hair, either. Modern show choir was extremely Gleeky, and I loved it! So even though not all of them work out as well as this one, I am thankful for new experiences.
Sometimes life is about laughing so you don't cry. Other times, it is about laughing so hard that you do.
